We can assist you if you need to exchange or return your order for any reason.
After receiving your order, you have 30 days to return it or exchange it. You have the option of exchanging your purchase for another one or receiving a refund using the same payment method.
Please be aware of the following exclusions from our exchange and refund policy:
- Customized items are considered to be final and cannot be swapped or refunded.
- Items being returned must be in their original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- If an item is defective or damaged we exchange to the same item if possible. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to determine availability.
Please carry out the following actions to start a return or exchange:
1. Send us an email at email@example.com along with your receipt or other proof of purchase.
2. Specify the item (order number) that you want to exchange or return.
- We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and inspected.
- Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be paid to your credit card or original mode of payment within a predetermined number of days if refunds or exchanges are accepted.
- Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for paying the return freight.
- We strongly advise sending the parcel via a traceable service so it can be found because, when returning products, the buyer is responsible for the item until it gets to us.
